Where do I start?

During a stressful life event or transition, it can be hard to know what you need

or where to start. This is intended to help bring a little clarity to the services thamight be a good fit, but you can always ask for a Process Consultat to assess together what services might best meet your needs.

If yes, then Psychotherapy might be a good fit.  Or if you are going through a divorce, then having a Consulting Expert might be a good fit.

If yes, then Psychotherapy for couples (also called couples counseling) might be a good fit.

If yes, then Discernment Counseling might be a good fit. This is a short term process that helps couples clarify if they want to work on the marriage or pursue a divorce or separation.

If yes, then a Process Consultation might be a good next step to learn more about the range of process options that people can use to proceed with a divorce and which professionals can participate. This consultation works best if both spouses are willing to attend but can be done individually.

If yes, then Co-Parenting services might be a good fit.

If yes, then one of our workshop intensives related to Finances in Relationships might be a good fit.

If yes, then Family services might be a good fit.

Then Consulting or Training might be the best fit.

Fees for services vary.   Julia is not on insurance panels and other than psychotherapy, insurance can not be used for the services because psychotherapy is not being provided.  For psychotherapy clients, paperwork can be provided to seek out-of-network reimbursement, if that is available.  Please reach out for more information about the fees associated with the service you are seeking.  You will be provided with that information as you assess working with Julia in any of the roles so you will be fully informed before beginning to work together.

Answer "yes" to multiple questions?

Then a Process Consultation would be a good first step so together we can see which services might best meet all of your needs.
