or where to start. This is intended to help bring a little clarity to the services that might be a good fit, but you can always ask for a Process Consult to assess together what services might best meet your needs.
If yes, then Psychotherapy might be a good fit. If you’re going through a divorce, then having a Consulting Expert might be best.
If yes, then Psychotherapy for couples (also called couples counseling) might benefit you both.
If yes, then Discernment Counseling might help. This is a short-term process that helps couples clarify if they want to work on the marriage or pursue a divorce or separation.
If yes, then a Process Consultation might be a good next step. Learn more about the range of process options available to proceed with a divorce, and which professionals can participate. This consultation works best if both spouses are willing to attend, but can be done individually.
If yes, then Co-Parenting services might be a good fit.
If yes, then one of our workshop intensives related to Money in Relationships might be beneficial
If yes, then Family services might be a good fit.
Then Consulting or Training might be the best fit.
Fees for services vary. Our services are not covered by insurance, but psychotherapy clients may request paperwork to seek out-of-network reimbursement, if available. Insurance cannot be used for services where psychotherapy is not being provided, so please reach out for more information about the fees associated with the service you are seeking. As you assess working with us in any of the roles, you will be fully informed before work begins.
